Hi everyone!

Some of you might have noticed the site has been cleaned up a bit. No, not galleries. Those have not been touched much except for the usual deletions of copyrighted galleries and things like that.

As mentioned in the forum section of the site personal avatars and club avatars which are missing for one reason or another show a blank square. This makes the site look sloppy and appears nobody is doing anything about it.

To fix all of this is a huge job. And it can't be done (easily) with scripts, AI or anything else we might use to get rid of things on the site which are undesireable.

Some people wll ask why this matters. It matters a lot especially if you are interested in people finding your home page or club you own. A missing personal or club avatar means either you don't care. Thats fine. With a missing avatar will mean you wont show up as much (if at all) when people search for members or clubs. Blank avatars also could mean you are a spammer. Spammers rarely add an avatar to their profile. When you click the "HOME" link from the main website page, you will only see people with an avatar. If your avatar has been removed (see announcement page in the forum) you will not show up on the featured members page.

How to update your avatar. First it is a good idea to make your own. Dont take it from another members gallery. If that gallery gets deleted, then so goes your avatar and you will have to start all over.

Club members. Since you are the manager ofyour club you shold know how to fix this.

So the bottom line is, take a little pride in yourself and your home page or club. It only takes less than a minute to make everything look nice.
