For a month now I've been doing a new fitness routine based on postural alignment. This focus is on eliminating the abnormal lordosis and kyphosis of the spine as a foundation for whole body fitness. It starts with lengthening the psoas muscle group and doing WIDE circular shoulder motions. Pulling the shoulders far forward and then up and WAY back. We have all seen people with great muscle tone and crooked spines...what is the point?
