In our company there worked this woman. I don't know what that kind of employment is called but the government promises to pay part of the wages for a limited time, to help unemployed people get started in a job, and to reduce the employer's risk of hiring. So, she came in through this kind of arrangement. No special expertise but she was well liked by people as she did without complaining all kinds of little work like running errands to post office or making coffee or whatever help was needed.

To be able to do more different things and to improve her chances to get jobs in general, I helped her a bit to learn how to use computer. She was actually quite useless in that. You would think that anybody uses computer these days but she didn't at all. I taught her some basic stuff, just to survive and not to be embarrassed in situations where it's quite necessary to know something. She was keen to learn new things. She gained confidence and she did well in whatever odd jobs she was given. I put a good word about her to the management. Eventually her contract was extended and she became part of the house. I felt she deserved it but possibly would have not achieved it without my help. So I told her:

"You are doing well. I'm not entitled to anything and I'm not going to steal you from your husband. But what I'm going to do is I'm going to pull down your pants and rub your cunt for a minute. If you don't like it you can run away now, I'm not going to cause any trouble. I will just entertain myself by touching you anywhere I please this one time, you don't have to participate in the entertainment or do anything that your husband wouldn't like you to do. That's all there is to it"

I was just being reasonable. She on the other hand, went overboard and insisted on sucking my balls empty. Then we continued business as usual.
