Musical Musings

This is a collection containing a wide range of photos, inspired by, and captioned with, the titles or lyrics of various pieces of music, or in some cases, representing a more general 'mood' linking the picture with the piece. Most of the sources are rock & pop, but there are also a few jazz, blues or classical pieces represented.

Some of the titles are directly descriptive of the scene shown, others are more derivative and require a little more familarity with the song or the artist to get the link, and some may seem quite (or totally!) obscure, but were chosen because they represent particular memories for me.

The photos will be added to alphabetically labelled folder groups, and their file names are the music titles, which I will try to keep in alphabetical order to make it easier to find a particular favourite as the collection grows!

Like most galleries on IFap, only a very few of the pics here are my own photos. Most have been gathered from a variety of sources, including scans from magazines, from my "Favourites" linked from other IFap users' collections or downoaded from elsewhere, and re-posted here with my captions.
It is a 'work in progress' and there is plenty more to come, as I clean up the images for sharpness, contrast, cropping for aesthetic reasons and compile captions, and I hope that considering the work I have done to compile this collectionand try to give it an original theme will mean that the inclusion of others' photos and artwork here will be seen as "fair use" (and a free plug!). Of course, if anyone does object to the inclusion of any of their images, then any removals requested will be complied with ASAP.
