Au's professional assessment takes place in May every two years : meetings with HR, with other executives, one-on-ones with her bosses, etc.

She's a little stressed out some days, but I can see how well she manages her worklife : she has anticipated most of the issues and knows how to navigate around them. I admire her so much when she's in total control of things.
