Took the family to a local festival yesterday.  It was warm and sunny out. There was lots of stuff for kids and teens and a small stage for some local want to be musicians.   While listening to some music my family wondered off to look at some locally made items.  Then I noticed this young teen girl that had caught my eye a few times in the last hour or so.  I moved so that I was just behind her left shoulder.  I'm guessing around 13 or 14 , I leaned over and was going to ask if she knew my kids but froze when I noticed the shirt she had on with her overalls was hanging wide open at the top and no bra.   I could fully see both her new nub sized nipples that were a light pink.  By the time I thought to get my phone out for some down blouse shots I suspect she could feel my prying eyes and she turned and looked at me.  She grinned and turned back nubs still in plain view.  As luck would have it right when I'm ready to snap some pics my wife walks up.
