To be unable to sleep as much as you want to is very disturbing. I have been plagued lately with sleepless nights and it has a damning effect on me.

 I got angrier and sadder, I ate too much (three kilograms in as many weeks, at my age, the horror !) and I couldn't seem to concentrate enough at work.

 It had some effects on Em too, because hearing her sleeping soundly at my side was making me jealous at night, not to mention less interested by lovemaking during the day. Happily for me, for us, she is understanding and caring, and was able to find the right words and the sweetest caresses to help me feel better.

 What is to blame ? The perimenopause ? Hot flashes, I don't get much, one last week, but it was one of my best nights. Hormones are wild these days, but I feel like they are not the culprits this time.

 Anyway, I had to find an answer, and I tested some. One efficient method : telling me stories, tales, until I fall asleep. The trick is, I have to admit that I won't remember anything the next day, and these stories will be lost forever, sadly ! Sadly, because, usually, they are fantasies, steamy enough to cause my fingers to rub myself, erotic enough that I wake up the next morning with panties which need to get changed.

 Dilemma : either I sleep and improve my health, or I keep awake long enough to write down erotica... Sorry, girls, I have chosen my health (and lost a little weight in the process), but don't worry, I have so many stories to tell !
