If there would exist this one pill were i stay rock solid hard and makes me very horny 24/7 forever. Gibt es, aber nicht als Pille, sondern als....hmmm....eher als Prozedur. Nach erfolgreicher Behandlung.....spätestens nach 10 Tagen landest du im Krankenhaus, weil die Erektion derart schmerzhaft wird, dass du die Wände hochkrabbelst.
