AI Creation Site Recommendations

I know nothing about producing AI images so please bear with me--I'm not sure what is possible. I would like to find a site (monthly/annual fee okay) that would let me create hot women in various stages of dress/undress that I dictate. Celebrities (vintage and today) are a plus. Finally, and this is a big one, I would like to put in faces from photos that I have and again, create them in various stages of dress and undress as I see fit. Is any/all of this possible? If so, please give me your recommendations and/or a site address.
