Bluechew, Hims, or anything

I don't know where else to ask. But has anybody used bluechew or hims? Wife and I have been married for 20 years and our sex life is practically non existent. Her interest is null basically but we are hoping to have a romantic weekend trip, hoping to respark the passion. I am on some mediciation inlcuding high blood pressure medicine and worried about not performing well or at least staying hard long enough. I see bluechew and hims ads all the time, but don't know anyone that actually takes it. Will it help, does it work?
