On my AI art. Misconceptions and Assumptions.
|
There seems to be a lot of misconceptions about AI art. No it is not just "make pretty girl", boom, image. I've studied AI for around 3 years now and I run all my AI generations locally on my PC with Stable Diffusion on a VERY high powered PC. First comes understanding the program which I literally took classes for, then using the correct checkpoint (artstyle), Loras (modifiers) and then prompting. I use around 50-100 specific word prompts. I then activate 3 other add-on programs to refine my generation results. Once I create my images I then usually go and Inpaint (bubble select fixing) specific points on the image which requires it's own set of specific prompts. All in all this takes a LOT more than just press button -> done. Even more so I go into photoshop afterwards and clean up anything I think looks odd. Sure there are certain sites where you can type in Pretty Woman, and get a expected result. However MY stuff is not so simple.
