I'm setting this up a sort of *public service* to the naughty young men and women in our fap community. My work as a counselor and psychologist with university students has lead me to almost universally prescribe masturbation as a good way to connect with oneself, to relieve tension, to be in control, and to explore feelings and fantasies.
