Hello I am Matthew. I too was stuck hating myself; I lost track of time and found myself buried in muck. I had truly fallen apart and I was ready for life to be over. I don't know why you're here, but I can tell you why I lost myself. I abandoned God as a child without a mature perspective or a knowledge of Jesus Christ. But I escaped this trap of hatred and found love through God.

     I can't tell you life will be perfect or easier next year, but I can tell you life in a year will be much less miserable if you stop degrading yourself regularly. If you'd like advice: Don't give up, you will fail, just try again. Re-evaluate your life, apologize, and forgive.
