Here's my go-to tool: Perchance (https://perchance.org/chickenflippin)

Then I use a variety of descriptors in the prompts, such as: natural textures, sharp focus, high resolution, full frontal, silhouette, casual photo, dark, close-up shot.

And finally, there's simply a ton of trial and error. Each output has maybe one photo quality image. Just keep on clicking "generate" until you get some good stuff.
