Today is the first time in years that I celebrate my birthday without a partner by my side. I know it may sound like I'm sad, but I'm not. Sometimes things happen because they have to happen. They are not the way we would like them to be but the way they are.

I didn't hang out with friends either, I didn't feel like it, so I was with my mom all afternoon. It was nice. Now I'm here again, before going to sleep, answering some messages and sharing some thoughts. I know maybe it's not the right place to do this but hey, strangely I feel comfortable doing it.

Thank you for the greetings that some of you sent me, I really appreciated them.
