Sunny and Breezy

With the warm sunny weather and a reasonable breeze today conditions were ideal for loose skirts to flip up. Firstly as I walked to the station a lovely young lady was ahead of me pushing a pram. All of a sudden the breeze caught her dress which ballooned up to her waist. She could do nothing as her hands were on the pram. I had a full view of her black lacy knickers. So exciting. Secondly as I alighted from my train a very tall girl with long shapely legs got off in front of me. As she walked the wind kept catching her short black skirt. She was completely oblivious to the fact that with each step she was displaying beautiful satin effect pink knickers. I am afraid that after a short while I could take it no more and disgraced myself by cumming in my pants. I found a quiet spot to clean myself up and then went home. I am still wanking now with the imprinted thoughts of those two pairs of wonderful knickers I saw today.
