Lovely day for looking up short skirts and seeing panties today. In my local park a lady in a red dress was sat on the grass bouncing a baby on her lap. She had her legs apart to stop baby falling. I saw right up the gusset of her white knickers, even seeing a darker stain from constant washing. Next I saw a girl in a short light brown skirt posing on the parapet of a bridge for a picture.
