A friend with my wife?

A friend of mine told me that he had the hots for my wife, and asked if he could take her out on a date. I told him it was OK by me, but I didn't think she would go with him. He asked her, several times, but she kept saying no- she didn't get angry she just told him she couldn't do something like that. Then he asked me if he could use a "date rape" drug to get to say yes. So far, I have not said yes- Should I?

Suppose I just get her to go out with him- just once. No drugs involved? He really is into her and he won't quit bothering her until she goes out with him once...
