Do you also have a problem with adding photos to new galleries? The system rejects photos when there is no forbidden subject on them or it shows an error. Is this portal still for fun and pleasure?

That content is forbidden. You tried to upload 3 times. If you reach 5 tries-> your gallery would be closed
