I never laughed so hard at a stand-up comic as I did when I first saw Judy back in the late 80's.  The took the Comedy World by storm and was enjoying a lot of success until her insult humor pissed off the wrong people.  She didn't care.  And I loved her even more for it.  Her schtick was what it was.  Let the chips fall where they may.  Right on, Judy.  Right fuckin' ON!! 

 

She passed away from ovarian cancer on October 7, 2022.  By her own admission, she got to Stage 4 cancer because she didn't make time to do regular heath check-ups.  Too many gigs to do, travelling to do, just THINGS to do.  LET THAT BE A WARNING TO ALL OF US.  We gotta take good care of ourselves.  We may be playing with fire if we don't don't!

 

I literally wept when I found out she had passed on.
