Like most when younger used to hang out in mixed group. We had a "den" which was a shed in the garden of the house. We were 5 boys and 3 girls and we used to plot in our den.

I think children "playing" is kind of normal. I can think of several instances, myself and others where it occurred. Mostly innocent curiosity. I do think parents should cautiously inform and correct when it comes to their attention. Not like my grandmother and mother did when they walked in on me masturbating
