Oh dear, I want to talk about Kevin.
Now this was a guy I met on Fabguys, he was a broad fella and early 50's. Truth be told he was actually okay, my attraction towards men is very lacking compared to women but he ticked enough boxes.
He wanted an ice breaker which I generally am not keen on but am open to should someone request it. We met and had a coffee in Costa in Darlington town centre and got to know each other, afterwards we went for a wander then sat in his car and chatted. He was pushing me to drop the kink and go back to his for some boring vanilla sex (Okay he might not have described it that way). I was limited on time and never planned on this being more than an icebreaker so I shot him down.
This was about 4yrs ago and I still speak to him now and then when he randomly appears in my inbox. The curious thing with this guy is he won't go away despite having no interest in my kink, he claims he wants a relationship and wants me to be his boyfriend and often speaks of this in status's on the website. The trouble is he can't be taken seriously, looking at his verifications he fucks 1-3 new guys every week and wants us to believe he's looking for a partner! Is this how he gets people? It didn't work on me but I get he impression it's working on many. This is a horndog after casual vanilla meets nothing more, he tried to get around my kink by offering me love............fail.
Now to be clear I'm open to a relationship, in fact I'd love one and would consider that the dream goal. But I'm under no illusion how difficult that is to find, especially with someone who ticks the right boxes.
So yes, avoid the Kevin's of this world! Don't let the promise of shiny things cause you to let your guard down.
