I have been a member and poster on here for over 10 years now and I have over 2400 fans. i have always strived to improve my image manipulation and i now with a business partner have come up with a way to take a still portrait picture and frame by frame been able to attach it to a video. The image then comes to life on the video in the form of a GIF. We are very pleased with the results. Check out my page and see what you think of them.
