Then draw a figure eight with your shoulders, also back and forth. Hands are relaxed, just as whips. Close your eyes, otherwise you will click them out with your hands))
You need to do it 30 times in each direction. Why 30?.. Uh... well... 3 is a magic number, and 0 is a great nothing.
