30.A very difficult task. Today you have to do what you want. Nonono, this is not about having a rest and relaxation. And it doesn't even need to be a day off. The point is… well, you call it procrastination, although it's not procrastination, but whatever you say, the point is to procrastinate as you please, without feeling guilty. For example, you planned today to sort out a drawer or clean up an old frying pan, but instead, you suddenly began to sort out the music folder. And you think, well, I’ll figure it out now, and then I’ll go to the desk drawer and put things in order. And that music folder never ends. And you start to feel restless and tell yourself that sorting out the music folder is also important. Actually, you can clean the desk drawers later. You can. But when you sorted out the music folder, you will no longer have the strength on the table and you'd be very upset. You will try to justify yourself to yourself, but you will not have joy from what you have done. Or, for example, you want to sort out the music folder, but you really need to clean up the desk. Or you need to write an advertising post, or clean up the pan. And you go to write a post, and then you rub the frying pan. And you don’t have the strength for the music folder, although you wanted to sort it out only. Well, the usual "must" wins, but with "I want" you are used to negotiating. So, today the task is to do exactly what you want, pushing back the planned things. Even very small ones. Today you need to spend all your energy on “I want” things, no matter how stupid, long and optional they may seem to you.
