Generally yes :-)
Unless you ruffle the feather of the admins enough by transgressing various (written and unwritten) rules.
Unfortunately not all of these rules are easy to find. Epecially the unwritten ones :-).
For example, I got my account almost deleted by mentioning my ID on a privacy oriented three letter peer-to-peer instant-messaging and video-calling protocol.
Ah well, you live and learn.
