Currently I'm using Gimp and so far I only made a few captions for animated gifs. I do plan on making captions for just images too but I'm just unsure about what software to use. Although I get pretty busy with classes in the moment I do want to look into what software would be good for captions on gifs/videos and what would be good for just images.
