Another important part of my plan to celebrate the sexual potential of my exceptional body as it declines into old age is to take up body building again when I turn 65.  

Some years back I dabbled in body building from time to time, but not in a serious, sustained way. This time I want to reach a competitive standard. I want to pose in competitions and turn heads at the beach. It will be my final great celebration of my delcious male sexuality. My muscles will be defined and they will pop. When I flex my bulging biceps the veins will pop out and form sexy body builder rope. My belly will be flat and marked by ridges of muscle.

To further the impression of eternal youth, my hair will go from silver to a pure black overninght and it will look so fake. It will look like I am an old man unwilling to face his own decline and the looming end of his life. I considered having all my worn and yellowing teeth capped but I think it would be more erotic to have them out in favour of a complete set of false teeth. My teeth will be big, dazzlingly white and shaped like tombstones. I will look like an old Californian actor in an afternoon TV soap opera.

I will have a sexy hard body despite the inevitable sagging of my flesh around my knees and elbows, the development of a sagging turkey neck and the knots of tangled veins developing in my legs. I will have an old man's liver spots on my hands and that confused opaque look that old men often have in their eyes. I will continue to wear my sexy white g-string at the beach and my pursuit of sexual pleasure will be undiminished. But my old cloudy eyes will sometimes show that fear and uncertainty that seems to go with old age.

Will I be able to meet my final challenge on my 80th birthday?
