I remember back in the day when I had to make my own shitty celeb fakes with my piss poor MS Paint/Photoshop skills. Which was really just saying I cut and pasted celeb faces onto porn pics or if I was feeling really wild, using my friends' faces. And while there were much better fake pics by others with better skills and programs, they were still essentially doing the same thing, just with better results but still required some suspension of disbelief. "Yeah, they matched the angle and lighting of the face to the rest of the pic, but her head still looks too big for her body...", shit like that. So I eventually lost interest in fakes. Even when deepfakes started becoming a thing, I was skeptical and wary of how good the quality could possibly be. I only recently decided to check some deepfake videos out recently and I gotta say I'm pretty impressed. There's the odd mismatch every now and then, like someone putting Natalie Portman's face onto the body of someone with saggy tits and huge areolas (or maybe that's just what gets the creator off, so no judgments there) but for the most part, I no longer have to fantasize too hard about what Dua Lipa looks like when she's getting fucked. What a time to be alive.

Here's a wild thought: Don't fake shit. Real is so much better than anything anyone could fake. I get the fantasy aspect, and I even get the technological aspect... But... the moment I see a fake anything, I'm bored and moving on. That's just my opinion. YMMV.
