Most men would be horrified to see their cock and balls shrink and have trouble getting an erection as a side-effect of taking a medication. This is actually happening to me as a result of taking SSRI antidepressants. It's quite a common side effect, apparently.

It's happened very gradually over a couple of years, but it's quite noticeable. My immediate reaction was, 'Oh God, I need to change to different tablets and reverse this'. (That's if it is reversible.) However, it has helped to focus my attention and make me reflect on who I am and what fulfils me. In my previous entry I mentioned that I've always had a very strong feminine side and used to love crossdressing so I actually see this as a great opportunity to be who I need to be, unemcumbered by an average cock.  

I've grown to welcome this and embrace and love my new, little clitty.

Compare photos of me from a couple of years ago with new ones and you can really see the difference. Another often reported side effect is gynecomastia. My boobs have definitely increased in size, too. Let's see what happens. 

I wouldn't recommend anyone to try to get on SSRIs as a means of sissification. I don't know how common these effects are but they are quite widely reported on the internet. Guess I'm just (un)lucky
