First, let's have some small updates, I am free from the hotel room now, working tirelessly on my personal project, decided the first location would be in Zürich, imagine working out with the view. And besides, if the business is booming, with the brand name " from Switzerland" surely won't hurt.
I am in week 14 now, sadly I have to do a minor surgery very soon, as soon as later this week, I have a small weird hole, or I should say, pocket sitting on top of my kidney, and it is slowly expanding.
Although it would be best if we remove the whole thing, right now I am pregnant and it may not be suitable, so for now, we will just make a hole and drain it out.
Back to today's topic, I just got one of the worst picks up ever.
I was going to a bar for lunch, ( I know it sounds a bit odd, a bar for lunch, but due to the pandemic, many bars have to change their business model to survive.) I met a men, those " I am so cool" kind of guy, sunglasses, leather jacket...
He sat with his friends right across my table, we share some eye contact, I keep my head back down and fight my way thought my Bœuf bourguignon.
As I finish my meal and about to walk out, he stop me, pointed at his sport car, and said " Hey sweetie, like what you looking at? How about hop in with me and we go have some fun."
Honestly, what know of ice breaker is that? " Hey sweetie?" I don't even know you. And I am not sure what kind of supernatual allure you think your lovely car may generate, but I am sure you it is not working. And is that it? You got nothing better to give, your whole identity, your characteristic is just " I have a somewhat nice car"?
Guys, if you trying to pick up a girl, try harder, and whatever you do, do not do what this guy did.
