What would you like to know about my pregnancy?

So, I'm already in my last trimester of my pregnancy; I absolutely love my belly now. Hope you all do too ;).
All is going well and we enjoy sharing the pregnancy with you. However, there's so much to tell about being pregnant we could write a book. We won't, so instead, we wondered;

Oh help, can't I reply on a comment? Well, pregancy didn't really changed the sexdrive but everything feels different and very intense. Not necessariy beter but different. We're not worried about the baby; it's safe inside there experts say. But, we still like to practice BDSM in the ways that are still comfortable!
Haha, and yes, we'll try to get you some lactation material in due course ;)

Has pregnancy increased your sex drive?
How has it affected your BDSM play - are you playing just vanilla for time being - to protect the baby?
