The whole purpose of these kind of sites is to find more enjoyable content. The anonymity enables us to share kinks with same minded people.
For example, I would not talk about the photos of this girl at my place of work in a million years, but here I can share these photos and also discuss about her and her other possible endeavours.
Obviously stalking is not alright, but if there are photos that have been shared publicly, I don't think there's anything wrong with trying to find them.
