Upload problems

Since the new rules came around a short while ago, and they are good rules, at least for me it seems doing uploads have been very difficult. I upload galleries with 100 images, and even with only 100 images I have to relad 3-4-5 times until all the images are in place in the gallery. Is that a problem only for me, or is this a problem that occurs for everyone?.
