	Naturism and me.
	My Nan and Grandpa were naturists and so my mum, auntie and uncles were brought up as naturists. Apparently in the 1920's an officer who my grandpa had served with in the first world war held weekends at his country home where nudity was encouraged. My grandpa like a lot of men after WW1 suffered what is now known as PTSD and as my nan, a nurse in a mental health hospital(they met when my gradpa was a patient) noticed these weekends seem to help him and she encouraged him to attend.To begin with my gran couldn't go as she had to stay at home with their children but when a local naturst club opened they started going there and were able to take their children. My auntie and one of my uncles gave it up when they got married as their new spouses didn't approve, but my mum and other uncle married naturists and so me and my siblings along with my uncles children spent most of our weekends at the club. When I started going out with Dave, he wasn't a naturist, but was only too happy to go along and when our boys were born we took them also but for various reasons we stopped attending around the time of the birth of our daughter. Due to being around nudity all my life I have always been comfortable with being photographed and having my photos uploaded to sharing sites, in fact my father was a keen amateur photographer and had several photos printed in naturist magazines back in the day. My brother caught the photography bug off my father and became a professional photographer, in the 70's and 80's he did a lot of work producing portfolios for girls who wanted to become models or be page 3 girls, his technique was developed using me as his muse.After a bad experience uploading photos to another site, I no longer have them posted unless my face is blurred out. I havent a clue if anyone will actually read this, but if you do and you have any questions, feel free to message me. Echo57 Comments: 2,257	Commented on Dec 26, 2020 I live in the U.S. My girlfriend and I have been to many Nudist camps throughout the U.S. and Canada. We have met many, many good friends. Whether nude or clothed we have enjoyed their company.

I had to have many surgeries as a child, and believe this enabled me to be quite frank and open with nudity, and sexual preparedness. How widespread do you believe such naturist groups to be? Do you believe it encourages more open sexual relationships, or is the outcome mainly more freeing, and greater self confidence. Thank you for sharing. I am convinced that the more clothes are worn in a soceiety is a symbol of their repression, especially of the sexuality. You just have to look at some of the tribes here in Africa - women go around topless in the bush and no-one notice/comments, but as soon as you come into town, the trouble starts and sexual violence increases dramatically, although they still have no hang-ups about sex, even in public. One survey the construction industry carried out revealed that black men would have up to 12 different sex partners over a weekend. The big difference between them and urban Whites was they saw it as a naturl thing, were relaxed, and had a happy weekend! Naturism enables freedom with respect. Murray
