Ok, I've been wearing the steel spikes in my cage. They absolutley prevent pulling out from the back and masturbating, but, they also have other problems. I clean myself very well without removing the cage, No problems there. However, after week 2 of wearing them, they actually embedded themselves - the spikes - into the skin of my penis. It was pretty scary, at first, but then I realized this could be a good thing. I removed the spikes for a couple of weeks to give things a chance to heal. I figured that the skin will eventually toughen up over time, and I will be able to wear them permenantly.

So.....things are looking good at a solution to my masturnation problem, and learning to suffer.
