Well here goes. I'm new to this site and new to blogging too but I'm giving this a try. Although I am a novice at this type of writing, I will try to make my blog as interesting as I can and will always be open to suggestions or requests to include particular content.
I have been encouraged to record my journey by a very lovely man I met online and who has kindly offered to guide me and develop me as a sissy. I am hoping he will be persuasive enough, without being cruel, to coax me along when my natural reluctance and nervousness may be holding me back.
I'd like my story to include my beginnings from my early years and include all significant events that have occurred. But I feel it important to keep it current too so my daay to day progress is not ignored. It feels like such a mammoth task!
But first let's start with a base point. Some background. An explanation of where I am right now so anyone interested enough to read my ramblings will have a clearer understanding of who I am.
I live in the UK, close to a northern town. It's somewhat different here to London and the usually hot spots that the overseas tourists flock to. There are challenges to living here but i suppose the same can be said of anywhere. However, this is where I belong and where I feel comfortable and I am proud of my heritage. Being a lover of the outdoors, it's nice to be surrounded by pleasant rural countryside and yet still be conveniently close to a number of towns and cities.
Whilst I'm of "mature" years, I am fortunate enough to still be fit, healthy, active and in reasonable shape. That said, I've decided that i need to set a new goal to run alongside my sissy development. I want to improve my figure. I don't consider myself overweight but I'm not satisfied. I strongly feel that slender sissies and the sexiest. Men can carry extra weight with dignity but a sissy's role is to look her best. So, I want to lose some pounds, trim down and hopefully develop a more slender feminine silhouette. This will make me more appealing to guys and open up whole new avenues of sexy clothes. The added bonus is that a slim shapely figure may make me look more feminine when occasion demands that i dress in my male mode. By the way, I really find that mixing of genders to be so exciting. To try incorporate a hint of femme in my vanilla male world can be risky and scary but oh so thrilling too. It's the possibility that someone may recognise the signs and my secret life.
So.... How do I flatten my tummy, eliminate love handles, tone up my bum and thighs? I guess diet is a critical, probably the most important element? And the exercises? I need workouts that will tone and shape without developing the bulk and muscle. Exercise gurus, your advice would be most welcome.
