F/F wrestling, loser gets pegged

I was looking at some pix and GIF"s of F/F wrestling with the loser getting pegged. By the way, I do not do any anal sex, giving or receiving. The losers had looks on their faces as if it really hurt. Since it is all being photo'd/video'd for entertainment, I wonder how much is real or put on. If it is real, they know upfront that if they lose, they are going to get pegged and should be willing to accept the loss. When I have played nut-ball and lose, I have always immediately made myself available to perform &/or haved performed on me what I agreed to, no questions and absolutely no hesitation. Also when playing nut-ball and I appear to flinch or block, whether actual or accidental, I make myself immediately available for the administration of the penalty; if there is any doubt, I just take the penalty as a show of good sportmanship and fairness to my opponent. If you make a bet, you should be willing to take the loss.
