Father has a modest income but is a drunkard with a gambling addiction, whereas me (your son) make pretty good money as computer engineer newly succesful.
So you and father invite me to dinner , and at the end ask me for money .

me : "i know you can't pay me back " : both of you looking down.
you : "Your father promise me to quit gambling" 
me : " Dad, are you okay to rent me your wife ? "
 you : " What ? what does it mean ?"
dad raise his head , and look at me :"how much ?"

I'm successful businessman, sacrifyng everything to make it, , but now, i'm lonely and this is slowly depresse me.
