hey there, i'm relatively new to crossdressing too. only been doing it for roughly a year now and it's been a blast.
as far as chatting goes, just click on the 'chat' icon at the top right corner of the page, next to your profile icon. tbh, it's not very active, more like a live bulletin board, so you might be better served somewhere else if you want to chat with other CDs.
