our bodies evolved under intense competition to seed the next generation but even though it might seem like the emotions of the individuals involved were responsible for the traits, it is really the genes themselves that directed this outcome. I read the book "Selfish Gene" by Richard Dawkins. yes i am stating that polyandry and multiple male partners for females is a biological trait of our species
