Question for the veterans

Is there a reliable way to post a full size image from my gallery onto a bulletin board. The BBhtml codes are for thumbs only. I've also tried opening the picture and right clicking on "Copy Image Location" and paste that in there with the usual [img] [/img] tags. Sometimes the picture shows up sometimes there is nothing there at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
