Arrested for Shoplifting

I was at the mall with some friends on yesterday afternoon in a shop selling intimates when I see this lovely little pair of lace panties on the shelf. I glance around noticing a camera above me knowing this is the moment I'm going to try and get arrested. I quickly shoved the panties down my shirt into my bra before going and catching up with my friends as they exited the store. We kept shopping for a while and I was a nervous wreck knowing that at any moment security could come take me away. As time went on though I kind of felt like something should have happened already so I started to calm down a bit just starting to shop like normal. We go through a few more stores and as we come out of a store I see a couple of security guards standing outside talking. They looked over at us as we exit the store my heart skipping a beat as I make eye contact with them and started towards us.
They came up to us and asked us to stop explaining that they needed all four of us to come with them that we were being detained on suspicion of shoplifting it catching me off guard that they were taking my friends with me. We all complied and they lead us back through the mall to a room just beside the food court we went in and they showed us over to some chairs asking us to sit as one of them who was already in the room was looking over what seemed to be some footage of us on a monitor with two police officers. They stood there and talked for a few more minutes with the guy at the monitors then one came over to us asking us for our ID's and purses. We all handed them over he took them over to a table and started writing down some information as he searched the bags. At this point one of the girls who was with me had started to cry the rest of us just setting there silent.
Then his partner came over them having a brief talk before asking me and one other girl to stand up and face the wall with our hands on our head interlocking our fingers as I stood up and turned towards the wall raising my hands I heard him unlatch his handcuff case the handcuffs clanging together as he pulled them out. He informed us that we were both under arrest for shoplifting as he stepped forward taking my right arm cuffing it before pulling it and my left arm down behind my back locking the cuffs in place behind me. Then doing the same to my friend as he read us our rights. I glanced back at the other girls the one still crying as the other comforted her. They set us back down for a second as they talked to the other girls handing back there stuff and letting them know that they were free to go.
Then came back over to us stood us up and lead us out of the security room through the food court in handcuffs and to there patrol car they had waiting at the curb just outside and put into the back of the car. It was about a 15 minute ride to the jail. When we were lead into the jail there was two female police officers waiting each taking one of us. First thing the one who got me did when starting the booking process was to have me step forward towards a wall she unlocked my cuffs asking me if I had any sharp objects on me which I replied no she done a pat down of me getting the panties out of my bra then lead me over in front of a camera where she took my mugshot. She asked if I wanted to call someone which I did calling my roommate letting her know I was in jail and would appreciate her bailing me out..
I was then re handcuffed and lead down to a holding cell she informed me I would be held here for a short time while they finished processing everything she had me step just inside the cell then uncuffed me closing the cell behind me. A few minutes later my friend was led in and placed in the same cell with me we chatted for a while turns out she had been arrested before which I had no clue about she had also allot of stuff in her purse when they detained us hence why she was brought in with me. After about two hours my friends boyfriend bailed her out they came and got her leaving me there to wonder when my roommate would bail me out turns out she wasn't coming to my surprise she had decided to leave me for the night. Luckily though my friend had her boyfriend get me out as well right after she got out to him.
