Two very young, smartly-dressed little boys were present at a wedding service when
the smaller one turned, quietly leaning over to the other and whispered,
" How many wives can a man actually have?"
This friend, known for always being very wise and knowledgeable, replied,
"Sixteen." The first boy looked puzzled for a moment, then asked,
" Why sixteen?"
"Simple!" answered the wise boy,
"four better, four worse, four richer and four poorer."
"I see," answered the first boy satisfied and completely in awe.
