Why is it such a struggle

to put on and keep on my chastity cage?
I have masturbated once a day for the last five days, telling myself that that's the last one, and then I'm back wacking away the next night. I always feel so guilty (why is that?) after I do that.
As of this afternoon, 7/15/19, I am locked up in the short cage.
A grown man who needs a minder. Wow.

You can buy a small lockbox with a date-release......then lock yourself in the cage and the keys in the lockbox, set the date for a few days or a week from current date......and then the choice is removed from you....as it should be.
