I travel all of Eastern Europe and Russia and a lot. I've been to America a lot too but not so much anymore and I speak fluent English including many of  your colloqquial idiomatic phrases..."Oh wow, man, ya gotta be kidding me". Heh heh. "Holy cow"

My wife knows what i love of course and I'm sure she loves it too. Maybe because she loves getting me off or, as a woman, she learns to love what her husband brings into the bedroom.
