I do not want white men to disappear, I want 400 years to work for my descendants and be condescendingly treated—if they behave well—or brutally punished, when they behave stupidly. The first hundred years will probably be brutal ... until they know what their position in society is ... then we will be better masters than they were... We will never repeat the crimes of the belgians in Congo. We will not let them study ... they will learn to count only one to one hundred. They will not learn to read or write, we will burn their books and museums, they will learn only our history until they understand why we treat them like that. We will destroy their families, make it easier for their women to be promiscuous and then insult them for it. Your daughters will be raised as servants in our homes and will have their first experience as toys for our children. Your kids will have their first job cleaning shoes and if they are disobedient they will see how we screw their mothers and sisters. They will not have families—families are for the us, the rulers—but their woman will have plenty of kids ... each white woman will have at least one mulatto son or daughter who she will not be able to raise on her own but give to the New Order. And also she can have as many white children as she can or want—no birth control for them— ... but their sons and daughters will work our fields and obey our orders. Their children will not have parents but will depend only on our capacity for forgiveness. The unruly will not be killed—no easy way out for them—but will work in the worst jobs, but not before their finger trigger are removed form both hands. Two generations without education and being forced will teach them what we have endures. In one hundred years they will not have more culture than ours. In two hundred years we will make them sing giving us thanks for being able to adore our gods, eat our leftovers and dress our old clothes ... In three hundred years we may allowed the more docile ones to come to our society as long they follow only our rules and forgot theirs—and even them we will call them white monkeys and mock them. In four hundred years they will be free again, but their communities will be patroled only by black police departments and they will not be allowed college education.
