"This type of pin is quite short and gives a very shallow feeling. The picture is great however. You can see that not only this particular pin has been used: the breast is so swollen that it is coming forward! That must have been caused by deeper sensations! I personally prefer a set of dart-arrow heads: the wide part allows for easy unscrewing when you're done and it is that bit thicker to give a lasting sensation!"
