This is a way of distancing me from all content that can be found in pages linked to my homepage or link list directory and i do not adopt this content as my own. By judgment of May 12, 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "Liability for links" the District Court (LG) Hamburg has decided that by affixing a link, one may be jointly responsible for the contents of the linked page. According to the LG, this can only be prevented by distancing one another from these contents.
