The penile shaft skin and foreskin originate from the labia minora and clitoral hood during gestation. In fact the cells which make up the clitoral hood and labia minora are the same exact cells which make up the penile shaft skin and foreskin. Circumcision is a religious practice and has nothing to do with modern medicine. Europe, Japan, Russia, South America, China, UK, Australia, New Zealand, India, and Canada ALL do NOT practice circumcision, and are far more healthier than circumcising countries. Only Sub-Saharan Africans, 50% of Americans, Muslims, and Jews practice circumcision. 6% of planet Earth practices circumcision for non-religious reasons, and 26% of planet Earth practices circumcision for religious reasons (primarily Muslims). Christians are discouraged and even prohibited from practicing circumcision according to the Books of Acts, Corinthians, and Titus, since Jesus Christ's sacrifice replaces circumcision with baptism and faith. If you are not a Muslim or Jew, always remember to say NO to circumcision, especially if you live in the USA, for the well-being of your sons! Prior to 1940, the US never practiced any form of circumcision or genital cutting, until the anti-masturbation (hysteria) movement took precedent. Which was pushed by the American Medical Establishment believing masturbation would lead to physical and mental illness (rolls eyes, lol). Those men who are not happy that they were forcefully circumcised without their consent when they were infants or toddlers, can elect to undergo 'non-surgical foreskin restoration' which involves no surgery or drugs, and is therefore a non-medical practice. The penile shaft after circumcision has a substantial portion of remnant foreskin upon it. Which can be drawn forward over the glans and held in place using medical tape or a silicone O-ring. Over time, the tension this induces will increase the number of cells and expand into new tissue growth (mitosis) and into a new foreskin. Make sure to never stretch too hard, pain should NEVER be involved. Many restored men started out cut very tight, and needed to practice manual stretching exercises by hand thirty minutes a day for six months while in the shower, before moving onto tape or O-ring. Once you are able to loosen your shaft skin, and pull your remaining foreskin over your glans, held in place using an O-ring or medical tape ring, it will take no longer than two more years to have complete coverage of your glans and a new foreskin. Your glans will become very sensitive and protected as it is supposed to be, as the glans is an internal organ. By simply slipping off O-ring or loosening some of the tape ring, you will be able to retract to urinate. Taking off all tape or O-ring and showering prior to sleep or sex is recommended. Taking an equal time off from restoring (12 hours on and off) produces the most number of new cells, in the least amount of time, safely. Higher tension stretching does NOT equal faster growth. In fact, a moderate level of consistent tension without discomfort is the most effective tissue mitosis regimen. As for circumcised men that have NO issues, and feel that nothing is wrong with them, then foreskin restoration is NOT for them. Millions of men across the US, Middle East, Israel, and Africa are or have successfully restored their foreskins. Foreskin restoration is an ancient practice going back to ancient Greece as described in the Bible, when Jewish converts to Christianity restored their foreskins or practiced "uncircumcision", as stated in the New Testament of the Bible. Jesus Christ supersedes circumcision, and no longer has any value. Circumcision predates Judaism by at least 1,000 years as this practice was imposed by the Egyptian Pharaohs to "mark" their captured slaves, which included female circumcision as well (removal of the clitoral hood). If consenting adults want to modify their bodies they are free to do so. Forcing medically unnecessary elective genital surgeries on children and infants is morally reprehensible and should be ILLEGAL, other than for religious purposes. Secular Americans have no business forcing circumcision upon their sons! In a generation or two, circumcision will quietly disappear in the US if not become ILLEGAL just as underage female circumcision was made illegal in 1996, in the US. In 2021, the overall US male circumcision rate is 50%, for which intact and circumcised penises are equally common.
